Parent and Teachers Association (PTA) have been constituted with the aim of obtaining advice and suggestion from the parents for the development of the institution and progress of the students and also encourage the healthy environment in the institution.
Government Women’s Polytechnic College, Kaimanam has a vibrant parent - teachers association (PTA) composed of Parents and teachers that are intended to facilitate gather advice and suggestion from parents in this college. The association is intensively participating in all the academic and development activities of the College. The goal of setting up the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) is to enable the students to derive maximum benefits from the learning process and ensure their all-round development. The PTA plays a key role in ensuring that quality education is provided to the students who have enrolled for the diploma courses. Parents and teachers meet on a regular basis and bring about improvements to the student facilities through cooperation.
Aims and Objectives: -
Cherishing and building the best of relationship between the teachers, parents and students and for promoting the welfare of both the students and the college.
Establishing cooperation and better understanding between parents and teachers for the smooth functioning of the College and for ensuring high academic standards and maintaining excellent discipline.
Members: - All parents and teachers are automatically become members of the PTA. The members of the Executive Committee of the Association are elected during the annual general body meeting.
