To address the grievance of students and their parents, Govt. Women's Polytechnic College, Thiruvananthapuram established the Student Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) in accordance with AICTE rules 2019 via F. No. 1-101/PGRC/AICTE/Regulation/2019 dated 07.11.2019. The Institute's website (http://gwpctvm.ac.in/grievance) provides the option to file a grievance by sending an email to grievance@gwpctvm.ac.in. Students and their parents can now file a grievance online with the Grievance Redressal Committee. The GRC will then examine the complaint, take the necessary action, and inform the complainant of the GRC's decision.
